What is POTAMY REWARDS CLUB?
POTAMY Rewards Club is our loyalty program where you receive points for every purchase you make, get discounts in exchange for accumulated points, access to private sales, as well as other surprises available only to program members. To join the program and enjoy all the benefits, simply set up a user account on our website and make purchases after logging in.
What benefits are available to me and how do I get them?
You can find all the benefits available to you in the "Points & Rewards" section of your Personal account, along with the information on how to obtain those.

How do I receive points for purchases?
You will receive points for every purchase you make. Login to your Personal account when purchasing through the online store.
Depending on your purchase currency, you will receive:
-1 point for every 1 euro
-1 point for every 1 US dollar
-1 point for every 1 UK pound
-1 point for every 5 Romanian lei
-1 point for every 4 dirhams
Points will be credited 14 days after you receive your order. If the order is returned, points will not be credited. Points are not credited for the cost of delivery of the order, as well as for the purchase of gift cards.

Log in to your Personal account at potamy.com. You can find your points in the Points & Rewards section of your account.

How do I get points for subscribing to an email newsletter?
Provide your email address in your profile and give your consent to receive newsletters from POTAMY.
You can always change your preferences later. Points will be awarded 7 days after you subscribe to the newsletter. Please do not change the notification settings during this time

How do i receive my birthday gift?
Please enter your birth date in your profile to enjoy 150 points on your special day! To qualify, you need to have made at least one purchase in the past year. If you registered within the last 12 months, you’ll still receive the points regardless of purchases. Please contact the Customer Service if you have not received your birthday gift.
How does referral program work?
Invite your friend, and they will get 250 welcome points when they sign up for the POTAMY Rewards Club through your link.
For each friend who makes a purchase via your referral link, you'll receive 250 points for their first purchase. Your points will be credited two weeks after your friend’s successful purchase. Please note, if the order of your friend was returned, points will not be credited. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions.

How do I use my points?
Accumulate points and exchange them for coupons:
250 points - coupon for a 5% discount on full-price items.
500 points - coupon for a 10% discount on full-price items.

Select the desired coupon and confirm its purchase. Please note that the coupon has a specific expiration date. The validity period of the coupon will be indicated in your personal account. Have a nice shopping!
